Cookie Policy

Last updated: March 2025

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar storage mechanisms are used on pubgclipper.com and why. PUBG Clipper is committed to using only the minimum necessary storage for the site to function.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar mechanisms include localStorage and sessionStorage, which store data in your browser. We use a combination of these technologies, described below.

2. What We Use

We use only essential storage. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any form of tracking technology.

Name / Key Type Purpose Duration First / Third Party
cookie_consent localStorage Stores your cookie consent preference (accepted or declined) so the consent banner is not shown on every page visit. Persistent (until cleared) First party
Razorpay session cookies HTTP Cookie Set by the Razorpay payment widget when you initiate a purchase. Used by Razorpay to process your payment securely. These cookies are strictly necessary for payment processing. Session / short-lived Third party (Razorpay)

3. Cookies We Do NOT Use

  • Google Analytics or any other analytics platform
  • Facebook Pixel or social media tracking pixels
  • Advertising or retargeting cookies
  • A/B testing or personalization cookies
  • Any other non-essential third-party cookies

4. Note on localStorage vs. Cookies

The cookie_consent key is stored in your browser's localStorage, not as an HTTP cookie. It is never sent to our servers and exists only to remember your preference locally. It is not technically a "cookie" under the strict definition, but is disclosed here in the interest of full transparency.

5. Third-Party Cookies (Razorpay)

When you click "Buy" and the Razorpay checkout widget loads, Razorpay may set cookies on your device as part of their payment processing infrastructure. These cookies are governed entirely by Razorpay's Privacy Policy. We have no control over these cookies. They are only present during and briefly after a payment session.

6. How to Manage or Delete Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Here are links to instructions for the most common browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Apple Safari

To clear your localStorage (including the cookie_consent key), open your browser's developer tools (F12), go to Application > Local Storage > pubgclipper.com, and delete the entry.

Please note that disabling or deleting cookies may affect the functionality of payment processing on this site.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
